At Rang – Color of Soul, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns unless the item received is damaged or defective. However, we do offer exchanges in the case of size-related issues.
If the item doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange or opt for store credit that can be used for future purchases.
Important Note
We do not offer monetary refunds unless the product is damaged or defective and a replacement is not available.
How to Request an Exchange

Return packages must be sent to the following address:

Sampatrao Colony, Productivity Road,
Vadodara, Gujarat – 390020, India
If your return request is approved, we will share a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Exchange/Replacement Timeframe
Exchange or replacement items are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Customized or altered clothing
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products showing signs of wear, washing, or use
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for an exchange, please feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or credit as needed.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a product defect or unavailability of a replacement:
- Post approval, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
